At Cheese, from 15 to 18 September in Bra, Braida wines will be on tasting in the Enoteca, with 400 labels selected by the Banca del Vino.
You can taste Limonte Grignolino d’Asti DOC and La Monella Barbera del Monferrato frizzante DOC.
The Gran Sala dei Formaggi and Enoteca are located under the arches of Via Garibaldi and are the place to indulge in the combinations of great raw milk cheeses, natural, often from permanent pastures, and a rich selection of Italian labels, as well as a few international proposals.
Opening hours: The Gran Sala and Enoteca, as well as the Street Kitchens, Food Trucks and Craft Breweries are open from Friday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Monday from 11 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.
