Le ottime recensioni di The Wine Advocate sui nostri vini:
Bricco dell’Uccellone 2013: 94 pts
This is a heroic edition of one of Italy’s most celebrated wines. The 2013 Barbera d’Asti Bricco dell’Uccellone is dark and penetrating with a gorgeous sense of purity and richness. The wine unfolds slowly to reveal dried blueberry, spice, toasted almond and dark earth. Those characteristics are warm and tightly woven together. You get a sense of the grape’s acidity but not in an obvious way. It serves to add brightness and energy to the overall mouthfeel. This is a beautiful wine.
Bricco della Bigotta 2013: 93 pts
I really love the 2013 Barbera d’Asti Bricco della Bigotta. The wine shows a finesse and overall focus that distinguishes it beautifully from its peers. The bouquet is laced with dark fruit, toasted chestnut, crushed mineral and spice. There is a lot to absorb and contemplate here. This Barbera is executed with an impressive sense of purity and power, two contrasting forces that work with surprising unity in this case.
Montebruna 2013: 92 pts
The 2013 Barbera d’Asti Montebruna offers a slightly more approachable style, yet it boasts the sophistication and depth that this estate produces so effortlessly. The bouquet reveals cherry, grilled herb and cola-like tones. At the same time, the wine shows austerity and tight textural richness. It is a medium to full-bodied effort that should hold strong for the next ten years.
