In the Cellar

Whole clusters are gently pressed to obtain the free-run juice. After clarification, alcoholic fermentation lasts 16 days at controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 12 months in a tulip-shaped concrete vat, in contact with fine lees, with monthly bâtonnage until bottling.

Tasting

Intense straw-yellow colour with golden hues. Broad and complex bouquet, with flint stone, citrus, and floral notes. On the palate it shows solid structure and vibrancy, with freshness and sapidity sustaining a long persistence. Excellent aging potential.
