The Great Italian Wine Encounter (GIWE) has always focused on advancing procedures and treatments that shape the future of medicine. Through GIWE, the Calgary Health Foundation is investing in areas of complex autoimmune diseases and advancing many treatments in this area, including Apheresis. Investments from the community support Calgary’s clinical leaders to become pioneers in medicine focused on providing precision care for autoimmune disease patients and providing better outcomes for those in our community.
