Braida produces Barbera, and Barbera – as we have always said – is female!
There are many women in our team: besides Raffaella Bologna, there are women in the vineyard team (Adriana, Elizabeta, Roxana, Bilijana), women in the administration (Monica, Carola, Francesca), women at the reception (Giuliana, Karolina ), women who keep spaces clean and sanitized (Adela).
We are many, and each one is very different and every single one of us knows how to make a great contribution of competence, professionalism and human value in the workplace and in the company. Strength, determination, courage, passion, love, curiosity, natural predisposition to network: these are the main characteristics of the Braida women. Some are innate, others we learned in the field, perhaps observing our colleagues and drawing inspiration from them, because women are often great sources of inspiration.
We want to remember one above all, who is no longer with us, but who is always here: Anna, the first Braida woman. If it was Giacomo who dreamed of the company, it was his wife Anna who inspired him and put all her best energy into the field to make this dream come true.
