Obtaining quality begins with the organization
of the vineyard; serious planning and realization
of the vineyards is necessary to avoid results
that are inferior to expectations. It is not possible
to do it all alone; thanks to the guidance of
Dr. Federico Curtaz, viticulture expert, together
with our experience in the territory, we have
created new vineyards of Montebruna and we are
reorganizing the old ones.
It is also of fundamental importance to have a tight team of experts in the realization and management of the vineyards. The Braida vine-dressers are Piero, Giovanni, Gerardo and Pino, our real-life Supermen.
Fining the Bricco dell'Uccellone, Bricco della Bigotta and Ai Suma wines of the last harvest begins in the cantina and will last approximately one year. The Monella and Grignolino are ready now, waiting impatiently for our devoted Clientele. |
